I can't even describe how much he has helped my husband and I improve our relationship especially our communication skills. Even though our relationship has improved tremendously we continue to schedule sessions with Dr. Carreira because we enjoy our sessions so much. He is such a great listener, compassionate, professional and polite. He is also very funny and makes you feel so comfortable in sessions especially when strong emotions are involved. He is worth every penny. I recommend scheduling your sessions in advance because he does get booked very quickly.

I have been seeing Dr. Carreira for therapy for about two years now and now I have reached the end of my treatment. Dr. Carreira deserves a huge thank you for the treatment he has provided me throughout the years. I am grateful for his patience and his openness and his ability to make me feel extremely comfortable in opening up discussion on things I never found comfortable telling someone else. I have seen other Psychologist in the past but this is the first Psychologist that I have felt truly cares about the well-being and self-improvement of his patients. He is one of the NICEST people I have ever met. He is extremely compassionate and empathizes with his patients pain and difficulties and always manages to show you the light at the end of the tunnel. He is spiritual but does not impose his values or faith on you and is extremely open and easy to talk to. Also, I swear he can read minds! Dr.Chris Carreira has been my Psychologist of choice for few years now. Where do I began with how much his treatments and therapy have helped me.
